I use the service of a tech support chain, why don’t you price match?

                While these organizations are good at what they do, they technicians tend not to have the specialized experience needed to properly support the range of devices or the turn around time we pride ourselves on. We don’t treat you like a number and we don’t ½ fix a problem. In fact, many of our residential customer come to us after have a less than stellar experience with chains like this or the guy next door who “knew all about computers.”
